You provide the text and images. Source-code handover is included. Your written quote confirms the scope, timeline, applicable tax and any extra costs. A 30% deposit books the project; 70% is due after approval and before launch.

One plan per website. Hosting is included in Care and Care Plus; you do not pay twice. Monthly edit time does not roll over. Extra work starts at €20/hour, agreed first. Support is scheduled; these plans do not include 24/7 cover.
For standard business websites. Domains, paid plugins, email delivery and custom backend/database or high-traffic costs are quoted separately. Cancel before your next renewal; service runs to the end of the paid month. Your domain and source code remain yours, with a migration handover if you leave. You can also arrange your own hosting.

Before we begin
How does payment work?
After we agree on a written scope and quote, 30% books the project. The remaining 70% is due after approval and before launch. Enquiries are free.
What do I provide?
Your logo, page text, images and business information. We agree a content checklist before building. Copywriting, branding and paid photography are outside these packages.
What counts as a revision?
One consolidated list of changes to the agreed design or content. New pages, features or a new direction are scoped separately. Extra work is quoted for approval first.
Do I need a monthly plan?
No. You can arrange your own hosting or choose Hosting at €15/month, Care at €39 or Care Plus at €79. Care includes hosting. Domains and paid services are separate; cancel before the next renewal.
What is an integration?
A supported setup with an existing tool, such as a booking embed or newsletter signup. Premium includes one standard integration, scoped first. Shops, logins, custom APIs and payments need a separate scope.
What happens after launch?
You receive your source code and a handover guide. Mid-sized includes 14 days of bug fixes; Premium includes 30 days plus a CMS walkthrough. New features and edits are separate or use your care-plan time.
