Working with Questforge
Questforge Digital is the independent website and software practice of Joshua Ganga in Suriname. These terms explain how website enquiries and services are handled. A written project agreement or accepted quote sets the scope, deliverables, schedule and payment arrangements for your project. A specific written agreement takes priority over these general terms where they differ, subject to applicable law.
Sending an enquiry does not place an order or create a payment obligation. Work starts after the scope and commercial terms have been agreed.
Quotes, payments and changes
Website prices and hourly rates are starting points for the services described on the site. Your quote confirms the total or calculation method, any applicable taxes, payment dates and any deposit. Extra pages, features or revisions outside the agreed scope are discussed and priced before that additional work begins.
Delivery dates depend on the agreed scope and timely feedback, content, access and approvals. Changes or delays in those inputs may require a revised schedule.
Your content and ownership
You are responsible for having permission to use the text, images, branding and other material you provide, and for checking the accuracy of your business information before launch. Do not provide unlawful material or use the services to harm others.
Your domain and project source code remain yours, with handover arrangements set out in the project agreement. Third-party fonts, libraries, images and services remain subject to their own licences and terms.
Hosting and monthly care
Monthly plans apply to one standard business website. Hosting is included in Care and Care Plus. Included edit time does not roll over. Extra work is agreed first. Support is scheduled and does not include 24/7 coverage or a guaranteed response time unless agreed in writing.
Domains, paid plugins, email delivery, custom backends, databases and unusually high traffic costs are quoted separately. You may arrange your own hosting. To cancel a monthly plan, contact Joshua before the next renewal; the service continues until the end of the paid month, with a migration handover if you leave.
Project cancellation and service limits
If you need to cancel or pause a project, contact Joshua promptly. Payment for completed work, committed third-party costs and any refund is handled under your written agreement and applicable law. This website does not impose a blanket no-refund policy.
External hosting, email services, search engines and other providers have their own availability and terms. Search rankings, visitor numbers, sales and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed. Any project-specific support commitments and liability arrangements must be agreed in writing. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Questions and updates
Contact Joshua first if you have a question or concern so we can work toward a resolution. These website terms may be updated as services change. An update does not rewrite an existing written project agreement without agreement between the parties.
