Questforge Digital is the independent website and software practice of Joshua Ganga, based in Suriname. For questions about your personal information, contact Joshua using the email address below.

What you share with us

When you use the enquiry form, you provide your name, email address, project type and message. If you contact us by email, WhatsApp or LinkedIn, we receive the information you choose to share through that service. Please do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in an enquiry.

We use enquiry information to respond, discuss a quote and manage any resulting project. We also use relevant records to administer our business, handle disputes and meet applicable legal obligations.

Hosting and contact providers

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. To deliver pages and protect its network, it processes technical request information such as IP addresses, requested URLs and browser information.

The contact form uses Web3Forms to process your submission and deliver it to our Gmail inbox. Web3Forms may retain submissions under its own retention settings and privacy policy. These providers may process information outside your country. WhatsApp and LinkedIn links take you to external services with their own privacy policies; their widgets are not embedded on this website.

Cookies and browser storage

The website saves your language choice in your browser’s local storage under “questforge-language”. You can remove this preference by clearing this site’s browser data. The site code does not include advertising trackers or Google Analytics. Hosting and security providers may process technical data or use cookies when needed to deliver and protect the service.

Keeping and protecting information

We keep correspondence and project records for as long as needed for the enquiry, project, business administration or applicable legal obligations. Provider retention periods may differ. Access is limited to what is needed to handle your enquiry or provide the service. No website or communication method can guarantee absolute security.

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise an objection to its use. Depending on the law that applies, you may also have rights to restrict processing, receive a copy of your data or complain to a data protection authority.
